Easily wraps around the neck but is also good for lower jaw, sinus pain, etc; Microwave for a few minutes and the heat will last for a long time. Use it to relax sore and stiff muscles or just to warm up on a cold night. Warm it up and take it with you when you get into your car to keep warm until the heater comes on!
