Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

All items are 100% guaranteed against defect. Each item is inspected upon arrival and again prior to shipment.
It is our goal to provide fine, quality products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if you feel we didn't adequately present the item(s), we will do everything in our capacity to remedy the situation.

On rare occasion, items may be damaged in shipping. Please contact the carrier, then let us know the claim number. The item will be replaced immediately provided we have the item in stock. Some items may have to be re-ordered and could take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer will be refunded or given a store credit.
All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of items. Returns after 15 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging. No return accepted without prior authorization. We reserve the right to refuse returns after 30 days. Please email or call us for the return details. Shipping charges may not be refundable. Undeliverable or refused shipments shipping charges will not be refunded.

We are confident in our products and the service we provide. We are committed to our customer's satisfaction.
It is beyond our control that many of our soap based products may melt or become distorted in high temperatures. Please consider this when ordering in warm weather months as we cannot accept responsibility for weather related damage in transit.
